摘要: Hg2+可猝灭1,8-蒽二磺酰胺的荧光,故加入GSH后,GSH所带的巯基(—SH)和Hg2+发生络合,夺取了与1,8-蒽二磺酰胺络合的Hg2+,使体系的荧光强度增大,据此可以快速地测定GSH的含量。在pH6.5的Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4缓冲溶液中,1,8-蒽二磺酰胺-Hg2+体系荧光强度的增强值与GSH的浓度在5.0×10-5~5.0×10-4 mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检测限为4.16 ×10-6 mol·L-1。

Detection of Glutathione by Mercury Ions Quenching Fluorescence of Sulfamide

Abstract: The reaction of glutathione(GSH) with Hg2+ and the effect of GSH on the fluorescent systems, i.e. 1,8-anthracene disulfonamide-Hg2+ were studied. Hg2+ can quench the fluorescence of 1, 8-anthracene disulfonamide. With addition of GSH to which the mercapto (—SH) has a firmer combination with Hg2+, GSH would wrested the Hg2+ by combining with 1, 8-anthracene disulfonamide, resulting in the recovery of fluorescence. With this method, GSH was detected rapidly. In the phosphate buffer (pH6.5) solution, a good linear relationship was obtained from 5.0×10-5 to 5.0×10-4 mol·L-1 for GSH, and the detection limit was 4.16×10-6 mol·L-1.
