摘要：对采自海南的露兜树Pandanus tectorius果实中的醇溶精油成分进行了气相色谱-质谱联用分析。分离出35组峰，鉴定了其中31种化合物，化合物主要为烯烃和烷烃类：烯烃类占33.14%（质量分数），其中二十二烯占15.09%、二十六烯占10.84%；烷烃类占39.77%（质量分数），其中1,2-二乙基环十六烷占17.79%、环二十四烷占12.17%；另外还有不饱和醛类、醚类及酯类等。

Analysis on Alcohol Essential Oil Components of Pandanus Fruit

Abstract:The alcohol essential oil components of Pandanus fruit from Hainan were analyzed by GC-MS method.Thirty-one components had been identifyed from thirty-five separated peaks.The main components were alkenes and alkanes:alkenes(33.14%),containing docosene (15.09%) and hexacosene(10.84%);alkanes (39.77%) containing 1,2-diethyl-cyclohexa-decane(17.79%) and cyclotetracosane(12.17%). Besides,it involved unsaturated aldehydes, ethers,esters etc.
