摘要: 考察了Brnsted酸性离子液体催化果糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛的脱水反应,结果表明,Brnsted酸性离子液体1-(3-磺酸)-丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯(\[HO3S-(CH2)3-mim\]Cl)具有较好的催化性能。在溶剂正丁醇15 mL、果糖2 g、催化剂1.2 mmol、反应时间15 min和反应温度180 ℃的较佳反应条件下,5-羟甲基糠醛的收率为90.1%,且分离后的离子液体不经处理直接循环使用5次后,产物收率仍可达89.5%。FT-IR、1H NMR和13C NMR等表征结果表明,所得产物是预期的目标化合物。

Dehydration of Fructose to Prepare 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural Catalyzed by Brnsted Acidic Ionic Liquids

Abstract: 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural was synthesized by dehydration of fructose using Brnsted acidic ionic liquids as catalysts. The results showed that the Brnsted acidic ionic liquid \[HO3S-(CH2)3-mim\]Cl had better catalytic property. The yield of product was 90.1% under the optimum reaction conditions of n-butanol 15 mL, fructose 2 g, catalyst \[HO3S-(CH2)3-mim\]Cl 1.2 mmol, reaction time 15 min and temperature 180 ℃. Reusability of the ionic liquid was also examined and the yield of product was still 89.5% when it was reused for five times. The structure of product was characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR.
