溶剂配比对水热法制备纳米氧化锌形貌和光催化性能的影响

摘要: 通过改变水与乙醇用量比,采用溶剂热法制备了不同形貌的纳米ZnO。随着水在反应体系中的增加,ZnO的形貌发生了规律性的变化。当溶剂中有少量水时(V(水)∶V(乙醇)=1∶2),产物形貌为粒状;水量增加(V(水)∶V(乙醇)=1∶1),纳米颗粒会沿4个方向生长;水的含量进一步增加时(V(水)∶V(乙醇)=2∶1),纳米颗粒的其中2个方向生长速度变快;当溶剂全部为水时,产物沿边缘生长为片状纳米ZnO。另外考察了产物的光催化性能,其光催化性能与ZnO的形貌有关。

Solvothermal Method Synthesis of ZnO with Different Morphologies and  Photocatalytic Activities

Abstract: A simple route was reported to synthesize variously morphological ZnO by selecting different ratios between water and ethanol as reaction medium under solvothermal condition. As increasing the content of water in the reaction, the shape of ZnO changed gradually. Starting with  a little water(V(H2O)∶V(ethanol)=1∶2), the morphology of ZnO was granule-like shape.Adding  more water(V(H2O)∶V(ethanol)=1∶1), the nanoparticles grew toward four directions at slow growing speed. With  further increasing of  the volume of water(V(H2O)∶V(ethanol)=2∶1), the growing speed of two directions was faster. When there was pure water, the nanoparticles of ZnO were flake-like shape, and the nanoparticles grew along the edge.The photocatalytic activities were  investigated by degradation of methyl orange,revealing that the  photocatalytic activity was depended on the morphology of ZnO.
