基于HyperLynx仿真的高速数字电路串扰分析

摘要:  信号完整性问题已经成为高速数字电路设计必须关心的问题,而串扰是信号完整性的一个重要内容。本研究采用Mentor公司的信号完整性仿真工具HyperLynx对高速数字射频电路PCB进行仿真,找出系统中最敏感的三线系统的串扰问题,采用串行端接、加大敏感信号的间距、对敏感信号用地线加以保护等解决方案,能够改善干扰源网络上信号传输质量,保证了传输信号的噪声容限。

Crosstalk Analysis for High-speed Digital Circuitry Based on HyperLynx Simulations

Abstract: More attention has recently been paid to the Signal Integrity in the case of designing high-speed digital circuit. The crosstalk is the most serious issues in the signal integrity. In this article, HyperLynx,a simulation tool of Mentor is used to simulate high-speed digital circuit on PCB after analyzing the significance and indispensable of signal integrity. the three-wire crosstalk in circuit system which is the most sensitive is found and investigated. Series termination, distance increasement of sensitive signals and protection of sensitive signals by ground wire are utilized to improve the transmission quality of signal in aggressors and ensure noise margin of transmission signals.
