虎尾草化学成分的研究

 摘要: 通过溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱及凝胶色谱等分离手段从虎尾草Lysimachia Barystachys中分离得到6个化合物。经IR、NMR等波谱技术,确定其化学结构分别为:槲皮素、山奈酚、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、β-谷甾醇、β-胡萝卜苷。其中化合物山奈酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、β-胡萝卜苷为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Lysimachia Barystachys

Abstract:Six compounds were isolated by using solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and gel chromatography from Lysimachia barystachys. Their structures were identified as following based on IR and NMR spectrum: quercetin, kaempferol, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, β-sitosterol, anddaucosterol. Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, anddaucosterol were isolated for the first time from this plant.
