方波伏安法测定水中微量硝基苯

 摘要:用固体石蜡碳糊电极,在近中性水溶液中研究了硝基苯的伏安行为,利用方波伏安法对硝基苯的电化学测定条件进行了优化。结果表明,硝基苯在碳糊电极上-0.75 V附近(vs. SCE)有一良好的伏安峰,方波伏安峰的电流值与硝基苯浓度分别在0.1~5.0 mg·L-1和5.0~100 mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.031 mg·L-1。

Determination of Trace Nitrobenzene by Square Wave Voltammetry

 Abstract:Carbon paste electrode is made of solid paraffin and is used to study the voltammetric behavior of nitrobenzene. An electrochemical method is developed for the determination of nitrobenzene in water by square wave voltammetry under the selected detection conditions. The result of the experiment indicates that there is a very good square wave voltammetric peak at about -0.75 V(vs. SCE). In the range of 0.1—5.0 and 5.0—100 mg·L-1, there is a satisfying liner relationship between the concentration of nitrobenzene and the peak current of square voltammetry, and the detection limit of nitrobenzene is 0.031 mg·L-1.
