摘要: 采用Ferron逐时络合比色法将铝铁作为一个整体对自制无机-有机复合絮凝剂NFAC-PEM/AM中\[Al+Fe\]形态分布进行表征,并考察了反应条件对\[Al+Fe\]形态分布的影响。结果表明:随着m(NFAC) ∶ m(PEM/AM)减小,复合体系中\[Al+Fe\]a含量基本保持稳定,\[Al+Fe\]b含量逐渐减少,而\[Al+Fe\]c含量却增大;随着pH值增大,复合体系中\[Al+Fe\]a含量显剧减少,\[Al+Fe\]b和\[Al+Fe\]c含量均逐渐增加;随着反应温度升高,复合体系中\[Al+Fe\]a含量有所减少,\[Al+Fe\]c含量适当增加,而\[Al+Fe\]b含量基本保持稳定;随熟化时间增加,复合体系中\[Al+Fe\]a含量逐渐减少,\[Al+Fe\]b和\[Al+Fe\]c含量均增加,当熟化时间超过48 h之后,NFAC-PEM/AM絮凝剂中\[Al+Fe\]形态分布基本保持稳定。

Application of Ferron-complexation Timed Spectrophotometry for \[Al+Fe\] Species Analysis in NFAC-PEM/AM Flocculant

Abatract: Ferron-complexation timed spectrophotometry was used for \[Al+Fe\] species analysis in NFAC-PEM/AM complex flocculant. The effects of reaction conditions on \[Al+Fe\] species were examined. The results showed that with the decrease of m(NFAC)∶m(PEM/AM), the content of \[Al+Fe\]a remained steady, \[Al+Fe\]b decreased gradually and \[Al+Fe\]c increased. With the increase of pH, the content of \[Al+Fe\]a decreased signifcantly, both the contents of \[Al+Fe\]b and \[Al+Fe\]c increased gradually. With the increase of reaction temperature, the content of \[Al+Fe\]a reduced a little, \[Al+Fe\]b content remained unchanged and \[Al+Fe\]c content increased accordingly. With the increase of aging time, the content of \[Al+Fe\]a reduced gradually, both the contents of \[Al+Fe\]b and \[Al+Fe\]c increased. When the aging time exceeded 48 h, the \[Al+Fe\] species in NFAC-PEM/AM complex flocculant were almost invariable.
