摘要: 采用阳极氧化法在工业纯钛片表面制备出了高度有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,重点考察了不同电解液体系对TiO2纳米管阵列的影响。结果表明,在氢氟酸电解液体系中制备的TiO2纳米管阵列长度较短,最长不超过350 nm,表面整齐光滑;而在中性电解液中制备的纳米管阵列管长较氢氟酸体系要长些,能达到700 nm,但是表面参差不齐,管壁较厚;在有机溶液中可制得高长径比的TiO2 纳米管阵列,纳米管阵列的长径比达到100以上,而且管壁光滑。在相同波长的激发光照射下,随着纳米管长度的增长,光电流密度逐渐增大;在同样波长激发光照射下,光催化能力也是随纳米管长度的增加而逐渐增强。而TiO2纳米管阵列的表面形貌对于光电化学和光催化性能都有比较明显的影响。

Studies on Preparation and Characterization of TiO2 Nanotube Arrays

Abstract: TiO2nanotube arrays were prepared by potentiostatic oxidization on the surface of the industrial pure titanium film, we mainly researched the influences of different electrolyte system on TiO2 nanotube arrays. Results reveal that in HF electrolyte system,the length of the prepared nanotube arrays is short, which is less than 350 nm,but the surface morphology is better. While in neutral electrolyte, the length of the nanotubes is longer than those prepared in HF acidic electrolyte,the length is about 700 nm. In organic electrolyte system, TiO2 nanotube arrays with high aspect ratio can be easily got. Under the same ultraviolet excitation, the current density rise a lot as the nanotube length increases, and the photocatalytic ability is also enhanced with the increase of nanotube length. The surface morphology has significant effect on the photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic property.
