聚丙烯酰胺基聚脲的合成及表征

摘要:  以丙烯酰氯和乙二胺为原料制得N-(2-氨基乙基)-丙烯酰胺,然后聚合成聚N-(2-氨基乙基)-丙烯酰胺(PAEAA),再分别用二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)交联得到2种网状结构的聚丙烯酰胺基聚脲,并用1H NMR,FT-IR表征聚脲的结构,用DSC,TGA/DTG测定其热性能。结果表明,聚合物的热分解过程主要有两个阶段:第一阶段由脲键断裂引起的失重,两种聚脲失重速率最大温度分别为358.8 ℃和360.7 ℃;第二阶段由聚丙烯酰胺主链断裂引起的失重,失重速率最大温度分别为471.0 ℃和467.2 ℃。合成的聚脲具有良好的热稳定性。

Synthesis and Characterization of PAEAA-based Polyurea

Abstract: N-(2-aminoethyl)-acrylamide was prepared by reaction of acryl chloride with ethylene diamine and polymerized to produce poly\[N-(2-aminoethyl)-acrylamide\] (PAEAA). The PAEAA was then cross-linked with dicyclohexylmethylmethane-4, 4′-diisocyanate (HMDI) and 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) to obtain two crosslinked PAEAA-based polyureas(P1 and P2). The PAEAA-based polyureas were characterized by IR and 1H NMR, and their thermal stabilities were investigated by DSC and TGA/DTG. The results showed that the thermal degradation of the polymers mainly consists of two stages: the first weight loss was due to the break of amide bond, during which the temperatures at the maximum weight-loss rates for P1 and P2 were 358.8 ℃ and 360.7 ℃ respectively; the second weight losses was due to the break of main chain of PAEAA, during which the temperatures at the maximum weight-loss rates for P1 and P2 were 471.0 ℃ and 467.2 ℃ respectively. The obtained PAEAA-based polyureas have good thermal stability.
