Tb3+掺杂纳米羟基磷灰石的制备及其发光特性

 摘要:  在室温下利用共沉淀法制备了Tb3+掺杂纳米羟基磷灰石(Tb∶HAP)。通过X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪等对所得样品的结构、形貌以及光学性能进行了表征。发光光谱的测试表明:Tb3+呈现其特征绿色发射,最强峰位于542 nm处,属5D4→7F5电偶跃迁。Tb3+的掺杂摩尔分数在0.5%到5%的范围内,4%为最佳掺杂摩尔分数。

Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Tb3+ Doped Nano-hydroxyapatite

Abstract: Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles doped with Tb3+ (Tb∶HAP) were prepared via co-precipitation method at room temperature. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of the nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence spectra. Typical Tb3+ emission peaks were observed in the fluorescence spectra. The strongest emission at about 542 nm with green color corresponded to the 5D4→7F5 transition. The doping mole fraction of Tb3+ was in the range of 0.5%—5%. The optimum mole fraction of Tb3+ is 4%.
