PVP-Pt胶体催化氢化邻氯硝基苯性能研究

 摘要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,以低沸点醇为还原剂,制备了PVP-Pt胶体。以PVP-Pt胶体为催化剂,进行了邻氯硝基苯(o-CNB)的氢化反应,考察了胶体的粒径、Ru3+离子等因素的影响。结果表明,PVP-Pt胶体粒子的粒径越小,催化剂的活性越高,粒径大小对邻氯苯胺(o-CAN)的选择性基本没有影响。随着Ru3+加入量的增加,对邻氯苯胺的选择性逐渐增加,由82%提高到92%以上,而PVP-Pt催化剂的活性逐渐降低。

Catalytic Hydrogenation of o-Chloronitrobenzene over Platinum Colloids

 Abstract:Poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)-stabilized platinum (PVP-Pt) colloids were prepared using poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) as protective agent and alkanols of low boiling point as reductant. The PVP-Pt colloids were used as catalyst in the hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene (o-CNB) to o-chloroaniline(o-CAN). The effects of PVP-Pt colloid particle size and Ru3+ ion on reaction results were examined. The results showed that the selectivity to o-CAN changed little and the catalyst activity increased with decreasing of colloid particle size. With increasing of Ru3+ dosage, the selectivity to o-CAN increased gradually while the catalyst activity decreased. The selectivity of o-CAN increased from 82% to 92% after Ru3+ ion was added in the reaction system.
