电缆束分布特性对燃烧火蔓延速度的影响

摘要: 电缆束燃烧时火蔓延速度受多种因素的制约,主要包括布置倾斜角度、电缆的粗细度、离夹层顶部的距离、数量、电缆之间的间距等。火蔓延速度随倾斜角度增加而增大,垂直布置时火蔓延速度约为水平布置火蔓延速度的5~10倍。电缆的数量对燃烧火蔓延速度影响也很大,单根电缆越粗火蔓延速度越慢,而多根电缆越粗时火蔓延速度反而越快。电缆之间的布置间距对火蔓延速度也有较大的影响,电缆的间距过大或过小都会降低其火蔓延速度,一般电缆间距为5 cm左右时,其燃烧的火蔓延速度达到最大,且为无间距时燃烧蔓延速度的1.8~2.5倍。电缆距夹层顶部的距离对火蔓延速度的影响也较大,一般电缆间距为10 cm左右时,火蔓延速度达到最大。

 Effects of Cable Distribution on the Fire Propagation Velocity for Some Cable Bundle

Abstract: The fire propagation velocity of cable bundle was affect by many factors, such as their slant angle, thickness, the distance to the up-shelter, number, the distance between each cable. As accordingly, the fire propagation velocity(FPV) was increased with the slant angle, and the FPV of cable distributed in vertical was from 5 to 10 time as that distributed in horizontal. The number of cable had a great effect on its FPV, for the single cable, the slower of FPV when it was thicker, but for the bundle of cable, the faster of FPV when it was thicker. The distance between each cable had also effect on the FPV, and the FPV was smaller when it was too big or small, normally, the FPV was the max when the distance was about 5 cm, and the FPV was from 1.8 to 2.5 times as that in zero space. And the distance to the up-shelter was effect on the FPV, too. And the FPV was the maximum when the distance was about 10 cm.
