MBBR+A/O强化微生物处理大蒜废水

摘要: 采用分离筛选的微生物,投入移动床生物膜反应器,实现快速挂膜,增强现有微生物对于大蒜废水的脱氮除磷效果。将筛选出的混合菌株和活性污泥按一定比例投入MBBR中,通过逐步提高进水流量表明,在进水流量为150 L · h-1时,水力停留时间为27 h时,整体的生物处理工艺能承受最大的有机负荷,并能达到最佳处理效果。结合一级A/O处理,大蒜废水排放的COD和氨氮均能达到GB18918—2002中的二级排放标准。

Abstract: In this study, the isolated and screened microorganisms were placed in a moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) to achieve rapid film formation and enhance the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of existing microorganisms in garlic wastewater. The screened mixed strains and activated sludge were added to the MBBR in a certain proportion. By gradually increasing the influent flow rate, it was demonstrated that when the influent flow rate was 150 L · h-1 and the hydraulic retention time was 27 h, the overall biological treatment process could withstand the greatest organic load and achieve the best treatment effect. When combined with primary A/O treatment, both COD and ammonia nitrogen discharged from garlic wastewater can meet the secondary discharge standard in GB18918—2002.
