TUDP阻燃环氧树脂复合材料的制备及其燃烧性能

摘要: 使用酒石酸、尿素和9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)合成了一种新型的阻燃剂TUDP,把TUDP作为阻燃剂添加到环氧树脂(EP)中制备了EP/TUDP复合材料。通过使用极限氧指数(LOI)分析仪、锥形量热仪研究了EP/TUDP复合材料的燃烧性能,热重分析仪(TGA)研究了TUDP和EP/TUDP复合材料的热稳定性,扫描电子显微镜观察了EP/TUDP复合材料燃烧后的残炭形貌以及分析了残炭表面的元素分布。研究结果表明,相对于无阻燃剂添加的EP,EP/TUDP21的LOI提高了4.5%,EP/TUDP9复合材料的峰值热释放降低了57.9%,EP/TUDP复合材料燃烧后的残炭结构也随着TUDP含量的增多更加紧凑。

Preparation and Combustion Properties of TUDP Flame Retardant Epoxy Resin Composites

Abstract: In this paper, a novel flame retardant TUDP was synthesized by using tartaric acid, urea and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), and EP/TUDP composites were prepared by adding TUDP as a flame retardant to epoxy resin (EP). The combustion performance of EP/TUDP composites was tested by limiting oxygen index (LOI) and cone calorimeter. The thermal stability of TUDP and EP/TUDP composites was studied by TGA. And the morphology and elements mapping of residual char after combustion of EP/TUDP composites were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the LOI of EP/TUDP21 increased by 4.5%, the peak heat release of EP/TUDP9 composites decreased by 57.9%, the residual char structure of EP/TUDP composites after combustion was more compact with the increase of TUDP content.
