摘 要:采用一锅法成功制备了一种高度分散的非均相钯催化剂用于苯酚加氢制环己酮,运
用不同的技术对催化剂进行表征,考察了不同煅烧温度、Pd 负载量、反应温度、反应时间和反 应压力对催化效果的影响并进行了循环实验。表征结果显示,纳米 Pd 均匀地分散在催化剂 上,并且不同煅烧温度下制备的催化剂均为介孔结构,这种结构可以提供优异的催化性能。 实验结果显示,600 ℃下煅烧的催化剂效果最佳,2%Pd@Al2O3-600 在 120 ℃下和 2 MPa 氢气 下催化苯酚 1 h,苯酚转化率为 99. 14%,环己酮选择性为 90. 38%。结果表明,该催化剂对苯 酚加氢体系有良好的效果,具有良好的工业应用潜力。

One-Pot Synthesis of Pd@Al2O3Catalyst Used for Selective Hydrogenation of Phenol to Cyclohexanone

Abstract:In this study, a highly dispersed heterogeneous palladium catalyst was successfully prepared using a one-pot method for the hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone. Different characterization techniques were used to characterize the catalyst. Then the effects of different calcination temperatures, Pd loadings, reaction temperatures, reaction time, and reaction pres sures on the catalytic performance were investigated. Cyclic experiments were conducted. The characterization results show that nano Pd particles are uniformly dispersed on the catalyst, and the catalysts prepared at different calcination temperatures have a mesoporous structure, which can provide excellent catalytic performance. The experimental results showed that the catalyst calcined at 600 ℃ had the best performance, and 2%Pd@Al2O3-600 catalyzed 5 000×10−6 phenol for 1 h at 120 ℃ and 2 MPa hydrogen, with a phenol conversion of 99. 14% and a cyclo hexanone selectivity of 90. 38%. The experimental results show that the catalyst has a good
effect on the phenol hydrogenation system and has good industrial application potential value.
