生物絮凝剂对污泥处理过程中恶臭污染控制的应用

摘要: 为解决污泥处理中产生的恶臭问题本工作通过固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术SPME-GC-MS研究生物基絮凝剂SDF与传统的聚丙烯酰胺PAM在污泥处理过程中对恶臭污染控制的影响实验结果表明相较于PAM污泥SDF污泥对污水原水产生的挥发性恶臭组分去除效果更好未检测到芳香烃组分在污泥热干化处理过程中SDF污泥检出恶臭污染物种类不超过PAM污泥的50%总量则低于20%SDF为生物基絮凝剂具有良好的可降解性PAM污泥相比微生物的活性更强对恶臭组分的控制效果更好因此SDF在污泥处理过程中控制恶臭污染上具有很好的潜力

Abstract To solve the problem of foul odor generated during sludge treatmentthis study investigated the effects of a biobased flocculant SDF and traditional polyacrylamide PAM on controlling odor pollution in the sludge treatment processusing solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry SPME-GC-MS. The experimental results showed that compared to PAM sludgeSDF sludge had better removal efficiency of volatile odor components generated from raw sewageand no aromatic hydrocarbon components were detected. During sludge thermal dryingthe types of odor pollutants detected in SDF sludge were less than 50% of those in PAM sludgeand the total amount was less than 20%. SDFas a biobased flocculanthas good biodegradability and stronger microbial activity compared to PAM sludgeresulting in better control of odor components. ThereforeSDF has great potential for controlling odor pollution in the sludge treatment process.
