摘要: 为解决污泥处理中产生的恶臭问题,本工作通过固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(SPME-GC-MS),研究生物基絮凝剂(SDF)与传统的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)在污泥处理过程中对恶臭污染控制的影响。实验结果表明相较于PAM污泥,SDF污泥对污水原水产生的挥发性恶臭组分去除效果更好,未检测到芳香烃组分。在污泥热干化处理过程中,SDF污泥检出恶臭污染物种类不超过PAM污泥的50%,总量则低于20%。SDF为生物基絮凝剂具有良好的可降解性,与PAM污泥相比微生物的活性更强,对恶臭组分的控制效果更好。因此,SDF在污泥处理过程中控制恶臭污染上具有很好的潜力。

Study on the Application of Bioflocculants for Odor Pollution Control in Sludge Treatment Process

Abstract: To solve the problem of foul odor generated during sludge treatment, this study investigated the effects of a biobased flocculant (SDF) and traditional polyacrylamide (PAM) on controlling odor pollution in the sludge treatment process, using solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS). The experimental results showed that compared to PAM sludge, SDF sludge had better removal efficiency of volatile odor components generated from raw sewage, and no aromatic hydrocarbon components were detected. During sludge thermal drying, the types of odor pollutants detected in SDF sludge were less than 50% of those in PAM sludge, and the total amount was less than 20%. SDF, as a biobased flocculant, has good biodegradability and stronger microbial activity compared to PAM sludge, resulting in better control of odor components. Therefore, SDF has great potential for controlling odor pollution in the sludge treatment process.
