番荔枝核乙醇提取物的降脂减肥及其急性毒性

摘要: 旨在观察番荔枝核乙醇提取物对高血脂和肥胖小鼠的影响及其急性毒性。采用腹腔注射泊洛沙姆407诱发小鼠急性高血脂模型,采用高脂饲料喂食诱发小鼠肥胖模型,预先给小鼠灌胃给予番荔枝核乙醇提取物,观察其对高血脂和肥胖小鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和体重的影响。采用最大剂量灌胃,观察番荔枝乙醇提取物对小鼠血常规、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)及重要脏器包括心、肝、脾、肺、肾形态结构的影响。结果发现,番荔枝核乙醇提取物可显著抑制泊洛沙姆407引起的血清TC和TG的升高,使饮食导致肥胖小鼠的体重和血清TC、TG显著下降。番荔枝核乙醇提取物对小鼠血常规、肝肾功能及重要脏器均无明显影响。番荔枝核乙醇提取物可防治高血脂和肥胖,且无明显急性毒性作用,在降脂减肥相关产品研发中具有良好前景。

Study on Lipid Reduction and Weight Loss of Ethanol Extract and Its Acute Toxicity

Abstract: The study aimed to observe the effect of Annona squamosa Linn. kernel ethanol extract on hyperlipidemia and obesity in mice and its acute toxicity. Acute hyperlipidemia model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of Poloxam 407, and obesity model was induced by feeding a high-fat diet. The mice were given Annona squamosa Linn. kernel ethanol extract in advance by intragastric administration and its effects on serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) and body weight in hyperlipidemia and obese mice were observed. Maximum dose was administered by gavage to observe the effects of Annona squamosa Linn. kernel ethanol extract on blood routine, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) and the morphological structure of important organs including heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney. The results showed that Annona squamosa Linn. kernel ethanol extract significantly inhibited the increase of serum TC and TG induced by Poloxam 407, and significantly decreased the body weight and serum TC and TG in diet-related obese mice. The Annona squamosa Linn. kernel ethanol extract had no significant effect on blood routine, liver and kidney function and important organs of mice. The Annona squamosa Linn. kernel ethanol extract can prevent hyperlipidemia and obesity without obvious acute toxic effect, which has a good prospect in the research and development of lipid-reducing and weight-losing products.
