摘要: 成功设计并合成了一种用于丙交酯开环聚合的不对称席夫碱铝金属配合物。首先通过分步缩合反应合成了一种不对称席夫碱配体L1,并在配体L1的基础上制备了不对称席夫碱铝金属配合物Al1;然后利用1H NMR、13C NMR、31P NMR和单晶X射线衍射的表征手段对所得不对称席夫碱配体L1及其金属铝配合物Al1的结构进行了详细的表征;最后以不对称席夫碱铝金属配合物Al1为催化剂,以苄醇(BnOH)为引发剂,初步研究了丙交酯开环聚合反应的性能。聚合结果表明,所设计合成不对称席夫碱铝配合物Al1能有效催化LA的开环聚合(转化率>90%),制备相对分子质量及其分布可控(Đ = 1.07~1.29)的聚丙交酯(PLA)。

Synthesis of Aluminum Complex Bearing Unsymmetrical Schiff-Base and Its Application in Ring-Opening Polymerization of Lactide

Abstract: An unsymmetric Schiff-base supported aluminum complex was successfully designed, synthesized and used as catalyst in the ring-opening polymerization. The unsymmetric schiff-base ligand L1 and the corresponding aluminum complex (Al1) were prepared and fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the presence of BnOH as initiator, the complex Al1 was efficint to catalyze the ring-opening polymerization of lactide (lactide), and polylactide (PLA) with control molecular weights and distributions were obtained (Đ = 1.07—1.29).
