上转换荧光纳米材料Gd2O3:Yb,Tm,Zn在光动力抗菌疗法中的应用

摘要: 采用简单水热法合成了上转换荧光纳米材料Gd2O3:Yb,Tm,Zn,在980 nm激光照射下所发出的蓝色荧光能够被光敏剂部花青540MC540)吸收,并激活其光敏反应,产生单线态氧。利用该原理,实现了由Gd2O3:Yb,Tm,Zn介导的近红外光响应的光动力抗菌疗法,对耐药细菌大肠杆菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌的体外杀伤率分别高达92%以及88%

Abstract: Gd2O3:Yb,Tm,Zn nanoparticles were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method. The blue fluorescence produced under 980 nm near infrared (NIR) laser irradiation was absorbed by the photosensitizer merocyanine 540 (MC540), which activated the photosensitive reaction to produce singlet oxygen. By using this principle, antibacterial photodynamic therapy mediated by Gd2O3:Yb,Tm,Zn was achieved, and the killing rate against drug-resistant bacteria E. coli and S. aureus reached 92% and 88% in vitro, respectively.
