摘要: 利用脱氧核酶(DNAzyme)辅助放大荧光信号,发展了一种简便快速无嘌呤/无嘧啶内切酶(APE1)的高灵敏度检测策略。验证了实验可行性,对反应时间、反应温度进行了优化,在最优条件下对目标物APE1进行了检测,检测限为30×10-4 U·mL-1,并证明了本实验具有良好的选择性。

Abstract: In this study, the DNAzyme assisted signal amplification strategy was developed for simple, rapid and highly sensitive detection of APE1. The experiment conditions including reaction time and temperature were optimized. This method exhibits feasibility, excellent specificity and high sensitivity with a detection limit of 30×10-4 U·mL-1.
