固液相平衡计算研究进展

摘要: 围绕固液相平衡计算,综述了活度系数法、经验模型法和状态方程法的研究进展和应用。概括和分析了活度系数模型(PitzerELECNRTLWilsonNRTLUNIQUAC、正规溶液理论)、经验模型(λhApelblatJouyban-Acree)和状态方程模型(PRSRKMartin-Hou),并介绍了模型的适用范围及优缺点。固液相平衡计算模型对化工固液分离过程中的理论研究和工业应用具有重要意义。

Research Progress in Solid-Liquid Equilibrium Calculation

Abstract: According to the solution model of solid-liquid equilibrium, the research and application progress of the the activity coefficient method, the empirical model method and the equation of state method were reviewed. The activity coefficient models (Pitzer, ELECNRTL, Wilson, NRTL, UNIQUAC, Regular solution theory) were summarized. The empirical models (λh, Apelblat, Jouyban-Acree) and equation of state models (PR, SRK, Martin-Hou) were analyzed. It also introduced the scope of application of the model and its advantages and disadvantages. The research on solid-liquid equilibrium model has significant meanings for the theoretical research and industrial application in the solid-liquid separation process of chemical industrials.
