摘要: 以木质素磺酸钠为碳源和硫源,低共熔溶剂(DES)为氮源和反应溶剂制备了一种氮、硫双掺杂的碳量子点(N,S-CQDs)。制备的N,S-CQDs的粒径分布均匀,平均粒径为495 nm,量子产率达到了357%,量子产率大幅提升。制备的N,S-CQDs对Fe3+具有优异的敏感性,可用于Fe3+的定量检测,检测限为025 μmol·L-1,检测范围是0~200 μmol·L-1。

Preparation of N,S-Doped Carbon Quantum Dots from Lignin for Fe3+ Detection

Abstract: In this paper, nitrogen and sulfur co-doped carbon quantum dots (N,S-CQDs) were prepared by using sodium lignosulfonate as carbon source and sulfur source, eutectic solvent (DES) as nitrogen source and reaction solvent. The particle size distribution of the prepared N,S-CQDs is uniform, the average particle size is 495 nm, the quantum yield is 357%, the quantum yield is greatly improved. The prepared N,S-CQDs has excellent sensitivity for Fe3+, and can be used for the quantitative determination of Fe3+ with the detection limit of 025 μmol·L-1 and the detection range of 0—200 μmol·L-1.
