电磁场处理工业循环水的频率效应实验研究

摘要: 为研究电磁场对循环水阻垢中频率的作用规律及机理,搭建了一套缠绕式电磁水处理系统。研究以频率为变量,完成5组阻垢实验:4组经不同频率电磁场处理,1组未经电磁场处理作为对照组,4组电磁场频率分别为1357 kHz。分析不同频率下溶液中电导率、pH的变化趋势,以及溶液中的碳酸钙粒径分布。结果发现,在不同电磁场频率下,处理组的电导率和pH明显低于对照组,溶液中平均粒径显著增加,且随频率增加趋势越明显。根据分界频率理论,推导出实验条件下分界频率为1514 kHz,在分界频率以下,电磁场阻垢效果与频率呈正相关,与实验规律一致。

Abstract: To study the influence laws and mechanism of frequency for electromagnetic field (EMF) anti-scaling on industrial circulating water, a set of winding electromagnetic circulating water system has been researched. Taking frequency as variable, 5 groups of scale inhibition experiments have been done. Four groups with different frequency under EMF are investigated, the frequency is 1, 3, 5, 7 kHz, respectively. One group without treatment as control group. The alternation trends of conductivity, pH and particle size in solution are analyzed. It is found that with different frequencies, conductivity and pH in solution is lower than control group, particle size is growing bigger, the trend become more evident with increasing frequency. According to the threshold frequency theory, it is deduced that the threshold frequency under the experimental condition is 1514 kHz. Below the threshold frequency, the anti-scale effect of electromagnetic field is positively correlated with the frequency, which is consistent with the experimental law.
