摘要: 疫苗的工业制备技术是生物制药领域重点关注的研究方向之一。随着近年来多种流行性疾病的爆发,尤其是新冠肺炎疫情对世界各国的冲击,社会各界加强了疫苗的研发,生产以及对相关专业后备人才队伍的教育与培养。本研究以上市的新冠疫苗生产工艺为例,详细综述了一代疫苗、二代疫苗与三代疫苗的生产全流程,并列出了不同疫苗工业制备技术的关键工艺点。本研究有助于相关专业的研究生以及相关行业的研发和工程技术人才系统掌握该领域的核心技术和发展趋势。

Industrial Production Techniques: Preparation of Vaccine for COVID-19

Abstract: The industrial preparation of vaccines is one of the research directions in pharmaceutical industries. With the outbreak of various infective diseases in recent years, nearly all countries began to invest more in the research and develop of new vaccines, especially for COVID-19. Based on various COVID-19 vaccines, this study introduced variable industrial vaccine (the first, second and third generation vaccine production techniques), and reviewed the key process points of different vaccine preparation methods. This study can provide readers fundamental knowledge and updated trends in vaccine production.
