摘要: 研究不同摩尔分数氨甲环酸的CsPbI2Br钙钛矿前驱液旋涂退火制得的钙钛矿吸光层薄膜对钙钛矿电池器件性能影响。在实验中检测出当前驱液中氨甲环酸摩尔分数达到05%时,钙钛矿吸光层薄膜的微观形貌,薄膜结晶性及光生载流子迁移率均得到明显改善,CsPbI2Br基钙钛矿电池器件光电转化效率为1214%达到最佳。因此,CsPbI2Br钙钛矿太阳能电池中加入适量的氨甲环酸是一种优化吸光层薄膜,提高钙钛矿太阳能电池性能的可靠途经。

Improving of the Performance of CsPbI2Br Perovskite Solar
Cells by Tranexamic Acid

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of perovskite light absorbance films on perovskite cell device performance was studied by using CsPbI2Br perovskite precursor liquid spin coating annealed with different molar percentage of cyclomethylene acid. In this experiment, it was discovered that when the content of tranexamic acid in the precursor solution reached 05%, the micromorphology, crystallinity and photogenerated carrier mobility of the perovskite absorption layer film were significantly improved, and the best photoelectric conversion efficiency of CsPbI2Br perovskite cell device was 1214%. Therefore, adding an appropriate amount of carbamic acid to CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells is a reliable way to optimize the light absorbing layer film and improve the performance of perovskite solar cells.
