摘要: 通过4种化合物对吊兰(Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker.)进行处理,探索了5%肉桂酰胺(RGXA)、5%肉桂酰胺季铵盐(RGJA)、5%萘酐酰胺(NAXA)、5%萘酐季铵盐(NAJA)4种制剂分别在500倍液和1 000倍液时,对吊兰根系的鲜重、根系活力、根系膜透性的影响,同时根据高分辨透射(HRTEM)电镜图研究其根尖超微结构的变化。研究结果显示:RGXA-1(RGXA500倍稀释液)和RGXA-2(RGXA1 000倍稀释液)对吊兰的鲜重、干重、根系活力均较CK高,且RGXA这个化合物处理的吊兰的根尖细胞核较CK处理的细胞核硕大,边缘细腻,根尖的内部组织较CK处理的内部组织清晰明显,说明RGXA化合物具有较强促进吊兰根部生长的作用,实验所用其他化合物在合适的浓度下对吊兰的根系也具有不同程度的刺激作用。

Effects of Several Compounds on Growth and Ultrastructure of

Abstract: In this article, four compounds were used to process Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker., and 5% sorbamide (SLXA), 5% sorbitan quaternary ammonium salt (SLJA), 5% cinnamamide (RGXA), 5% cinnamamide quaternary ammonium salt (RGJA), 5 The effects of% naphthalene anhydride amide (NAXA) and 5% naphthalene anhydride quaternary ammonium salt (NAJA) at 500 times and 1 000 times, respectively, on the fresh weight, root vitality and root membrane permeability of Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker. root system. Transmission (HRTEM) image was used to study the changes of the root tip microstructure. The results of the study showed that RGXA-1 and RGXA-2 had higher fresh weight, dry weight, and root vigor for Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker. than CK, and the nucleus of root tip of Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker. treated with RGXA compound was larger than that treated with CK, with delicate edges and root tips. The internal organization of CK is clearer and more obvious than that treated with CK, indicating that the compound can promote the growth of Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker. Root,other compounds used in the experiment also had a certain stimulating effect on the root system of Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker..
