复合催化剂WO3/ZrO2-SiO2的制备及其在仲醇脱水制备α-烯烃中的应用

摘要: 采用等体积浸渍法合成复合催化剂WO3/ZrO2-SiO2,并通过XRDNH3-TPDXPS等表征确定其结构和性能。在固定床反应器上通过仲醇脱水制备α-烯烃对催化剂活性进行评价。结果表明:在WO3负载量(质量分数)15%n(Zr)/n(Si)1/1、焙烧温度600 ℃、焙烧时间6 h时所制备的催化剂最具催化活性,在固定床反应器中进行仲醇脱水实验,当反应温度为350 ℃、空速03 h-1时,α-烯烃的有效选择性可达到80%以上。

Abstract: In this paper, the composite catalyst WO3/ZrO2-SiO2 was synthesized by an equal volume impregnation method, and its structure and performance were determined by XRD, NH3-TPD, XPS and other characterizations. The catalyst activity was evaluated by preparing α-olefins by dehydration of secondary alcohols on a fixed bed reactor. The results show that the catalyst prepared when the loading of WO3 is 15%, the ratio of n(Zr)/n(Si) is 1/1, the calcination temperature is 600 ℃, and the calcination time is 6 h is the most catalytically active. The secondary alcohol dehydration experiment is carried out in a fixed bed reactor. When the temperature is 350 ℃ and the space velocity is 03 h-1, the effective selectivity of α-olefin can reach more than 80%.
