赵海霞, 尹权(青岛科技大学 机电工程学院,山东 青岛 266061)摘要: 为了研究三叉杆滑移式万向联轴器中主动轴孔与滑移销的接触特性,结合主动轴孔与滑移销的实际接触情况,以M-B分形模型为基础推导建立考虑摩擦影响的主动轴孔与滑移销分形接触模型。通过MATLAB数值模拟分析获得各参数对接触承载性能的影响情况,结果表明:减小分形粗糙度、摩擦因数,增大材料特性参数,以及适当的接触长度、分形维数、材料硬度更有助于提高接触承载能力,改善接触面间力学性能。

Abstract: In order to study the contact characteristics of the sliding pin and the driving shaft hole in the three-prong sliding universal joint, combine the actual contact between the sliding pin and the driving shaft hole, based on the M-B fractal model, a fractal contact model of the sliding pin and the driving shaft hole considering the effect of friction is derived and established. Through MATLAB numerical simulation analysis, the influence of each parameter on the contact load-bearing performance is obtained. The results show that: reducing the fractal roughness, friction factor, increasing the material characteristic parameters, and the appropriate contact length, fractal dimension, and material hardness are more helpful Improve the contact bearing capacity and improve the mechanical properties between the contact surfaces.The research results of this model provide a theoretical reference for further research on the contact characteristics of the sliding pin and the driving shaft hole.
