摘要: 采取微波提取的方式,对半枝莲、木通、忍冬藤、连翘4种中草药进行正交实验,并对其提取液的抑菌活性和促进种子生根活性进行了研究。结果表明:4种中草药提取物的抑菌活性在不同微波条件下抑菌率不等,忍冬藤微波提取物对3种真菌的抑制在丙酮作为溶剂时达到了100%,其中连翘微波提取物对小麦全蚀真菌的半致死率浓度(EC50)291 mg·mL-1,忍冬藤微波提取物对小麦全蚀真菌的半致死率浓度为279 mg·mL-1。半枝莲微波提取物对柑橘炭疽真菌的抑菌率可达904%,木通微波提取物对柑橘炭疽真菌的抑菌率可达885%,对小麦全蚀真菌的抑菌率可达877%。4味中草药提取液对种子的萌发生根具有较强的活性。

Medicines and Their Antifungal and Rooting Activities

Abstract: Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines (Scutellaria barbata, Akebia quinate, Lonicera japonica and Forsythia suspensa) were extracted by microwave, and their antibacterial activity and rooting promoting activity were studied. The results showed that the antibacterial activities of four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts were different under different microwave conditions. The inhibitory effect of microwave extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb. On three kinds of fungi was 100% when acetone was used as solvent. The EC50 of microwave extract of Forsythia suspensa Thunb. On wheat take all fungi was 291 mg·mL-1, and the EC50 of microwave extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb. On wheat take all fungi was 279 mg·mL-1. The inhibition rate of microwave extract from Scutellaria barbata on Citrus anthracnose fungi was 904%, that of microwave extract from Akebia manshuriensis was 885%, and that of wheat take all fungi was 877%. The extracts of four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines have strong activity on the sprouting roots of seeds.
