摘要: 通过两步法制备了CsPbBr3无机钙钛矿太阳能电池,分别采用不同溶剂溶解CsBr,考察了不同溶剂对钙钛矿吸光层的成膜情况和性能影响,并通过其他表征,说明具体的性能。结果表明:使用甲醇以及混合溶剂制备的CsPbBr3吸光层拥有较多的孔洞等缺陷,造成了性能上的不足;使用蒸馏水制备的钙钛矿太阳能电池拥有较高的吸光特性,转换效率较高,且在空气中放置32 d后,仍具有良好的光电效率稳定性,更有利于商业化发展。

Effects of Different Solvents on the Performance of CsPbBr3

Abstract: CsPbBr3 inorganic perovskite solar cells were prepared by twostep method, and different solvents were used to dissolve CsBr respectively. The effects of different solvents on the film formation and performance of perovskite absorption layer were investigated. The specific performance results were explained by other characterization. The results show that: The CsPbBr3 absorption layer made of methanol and mixed solvents has more holes and other defects, resulting in the lack of performance. The perovskite solar cell made of green solvent water has higher absorption characteristics, higher conversion efficiency, and after 32 d in the air, it has less fluctuation of efficiency stability, which is easier to be commercialized.
