摘要: 研究了不同炭黑和填料对天然橡胶/溶聚丁苯橡胶(NR/SSBR)减震材料动静刚度比、阻尼性能和基本性能的影响。研究表明:并用胶的动静刚度比随着炭黑粒径的增大而减小。添加5份蒙脱土的综合效果最好,并用胶的有效阻尼温域拓宽并向高温移动,动静刚度比增加幅度较小,综合力学性能最佳。添加15份石墨烯和碳纳米管并用胶的有效阻尼温域向高温移动,动静刚度比变化不大,碳纳米管胶料的强度较高,但弹性较低。

Performance of NR/SSBR Shock-absorbing Material

Abstract: The effects of different carbon blacks and fillers on the dynamic and static stiffness ratio, damping performance and basic performance of NR/SSBR shock-absorbing materials were studied.The research shows that the dynamic and static stiffness ratio of the combined rubber decreases with the increase of the carbon black particle size. Adding 5 phr montmorillonite has the best overall effect, the effective damping temperature range of the combined rubber broadens and moves to high temperature, the dynamic and static stiffness ratio increases slightly, and the comprehensive mechanical properties are the best. After adding 1.5 phr graphene and carbon nanotubes,the effective damping temperature range of the combined rubber moves to high temperature, the dynamic and static stiffness ratio has little change.The compound added with carbon nanotubes has higher strength but lower elasticity.
