摘要: 对比了间接法氧化锌和复合氧化锌S70、A20对天然橡胶硫化特性、力学性能的影响。结果表明:与间接法氧化锌相比,复合氧化锌S70、A20在天然橡胶中地分散更均匀,对硫化反应的活化效果更显著。使用不同氧化锌的硫化胶的物理机械性能相近,而使用复合氧化锌S70的硫化胶耐热氧老化性能更好。复合氧化锌S70、A20中的锌含量低于间接法氧化锌,使用复合氧化锌S70、A20,可有效降低配方中锌的含量,减少锌对环境的污染。

Abstract: In this study, compared with indirect zinc oxide, the effects of composite zinc oxide S70 and A20 on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of natural rubber were studied. Compared with indirect zinc oxide, the composite zinc oxide S70 and A20 are more uniformly dispersed in natural rubber and have a more significant activation effect on the vulcanization reaction. The mechanical properties of vulcanizates using different zinc oxides are similar. The vulcanizate using composite zinc oxide S70 has better thermal oxygen aging performance. The zinc content in composite zinc oxide S70 and A20 is lower than indirect zinc oxide. Therefore, the use of composite zinc oxide S70 and A20 can effectively reduce the zinc content in the formula and reduce zinc pollution to the environment.
