摘要: 提出了一种新的缺陷检出概率(POD)模型,用于评估涡流探头在奥氏体不锈钢中缺陷的检测能力。传统的POD模型在选取决策阈值时,POD曲线会随着决策阈值的改变而改变,所以无法确定哪一个决策阈值是最合理的。本工作中提出的新POD模型不受主观选取决策阈值的影响,结果呈现出一条独立的POD曲线。实验结果表明,新POD模型用于评估涡流探头在奥氏体不锈钢中缺陷的检测能力更为合理。

Abstract: This article proposes a new probability of detection (POD) model to evaluate the detection capability of eddy current probes for inspecting pits austenitic stainless steel. When the traditional POD model determines the decision threshold, the POD curve has a lot of changes as the decision threshold changes, there is no clear reason to insist which threshold is reasonable. The newly proposed POD model is not affected by the objective selection of the decision threshold and presents an independent POD curve. The experimental results show that the proposed model is more reasonable than traditional ones for evaluating the detection capability of eddy current probes.
