摘要: 为给微晶纤维素(MCC)使用者提供分子量数据参考,选取了两种商业化的MCC,采用黏度法表征了二者在LiOH/尿素水溶液和铜乙二胺溶液(CED)中的特征黏度,通过计算得到了样品的分子量和聚合度。结果表明:Sigma-Aldrich公司微晶纤维素(Avicel PH-101)的重均分子量为3.0×104 g·mol-1,数均分子量为2.85×104 g·mol-1,聚合度为176;国药集团微晶纤维素的重均分子量为2.95×104 g·mol-1,数均分子量为2.84×104 g·mol-1,聚合度为175;分子量分布均为窄分布。

Molecular Weight Characterization of Microcrystalline Cellulose

Abstract: In order to provide molecular weight data for some users of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), selected the two kinds of commercialization of MCC, and the two kinds of MCC were characterized by viscometry in LiOH/urea aqueous solution and copper ethylenediamine solution (CED), and the molecular weight and polymerization degree of the sample were obtained by calculation. The results showed that the Sigma-Aldrich microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH-101) weight average molecular weight was 3.02×104 g·mol-1, number average molecular weight was 2.85×104 g·mol-1, polymerization degree was 176. The weight average molecular weight of Sinopharm Group microcrystalline cellulose was 2.95×104 g·mol-1, the number average molecular weight is 2.84×104 g·mol-1, and the degree of polymerization was 175. The molecular weight distributions are all narrow.
