摘要: MoO2纳米颗粒作为一种过渡金属氧化物,具有较强的LSPR效应。为了充分发挥其光热和拉曼增强作用,合成了MoO2掺杂的聚多巴胺纳米材料,并在聚多巴胺粒子的表面原位还原上铂纳米颗粒得到最终的MoO2@PDA@Pt杂化纳米粒子(MPDPs)。将具有等离子激元效应的MoO2、PDA和Pt粒子集成到单元中,不仅有利于高效的光热转换,而且有利于SERS的信号增强。所制备的复合材料不仅表现出优异的SERS性能和产氧性能,还可作为无损光热治疗(PTT)的重要候选药物。因此,开发具有高光热转换效率的纳米材料在肿瘤的光热治疗中具有重要意义。

Construction and Properties of Molybdenum Dioxide Hybrid Nanoprobe

Abstract: A MoO2 doped polydopamine (PDA) SERS nanoprobe has been designed as the bifunctional theranostic platform for SERS and photothermal therapy. In this theranostic system, the MoO2 nanoparticles were encapsulated into the PDA bioinert shell, with in situ synthesized Pt nanoparticles (PtNPs). MoO2 served as the SERS-active and photothermal substrate due to its built-in plasmon effect and NIR photothermal capacity, while the PDA coating endowed the nanoprobes with good stability and biocompatibility. The MoO2@PDA@Pt nanoparticles (MPDPs) could be applied to targeted detection and SERS imaging and produced oxygen. Moreover, it showed good photothermal performance. The excellent properties of MPDPs would make it a potential tool for in situ diagnosis and noninvasive treatment of cancer cells.
