振动对橡胶注射流动的影响

摘要: 通过自行搭建橡胶动态实验平台、设计两套测试注射模具,采用雪地胎胎面、电缆胶混炼胶作为实验用胶料,分析了振动对不同种类橡胶流动性改变的敏感性及振动参数与动态降阻的规律,并且通过ANSYS软件模拟,将正弦振动引入流场,正弦振动使用UDF函数定义,预测了振动对注射流场流动性的影响规律。得出在橡胶注射过程中引入振动改变胶料流动状态可以达到降低流动阻力、提高充填长度和质量流率的结论,并且振动引入橡胶流场对弹性好的胶料流动性改善效果更为明显。

Abstract: In this paper, the sensitivity of vibration to the change of different kinds of rubber fluidity and the law of vibration parameters and dynamic resistance reduction were analyzed by building a rubber dynamic experimental platform and designing two sets of test injection mold, using snow tread and cable rubber mixture as the experimental compound. The sinusoidal vibration is introduced into the flow field by ANSYS software simulation, and the sinusoidal vibration is defined by UDF function, and the influence of vibration on the fluidity of injection flow field is predicted.It is concluded that introducing vibration into the rubber injection process to change the flow state of rubber can reduce the flow resistance, improve the filling length and mass flow rate, and the effect of introducing vibration into the rubber flow field is more obvious for the rubber with good elasticity.
