超疏水涂层的制备及其应用展望

摘要: 超疏水涂层具有高硬度及优异的疏水性,在军事、工业以及生活中有着广泛的应用前景,如可用于玻璃、服装、金属表面的防污保护。本研究对超疏水表面的发展进程及疏水机理进行了简单介绍,对超疏水涂层的制备方法进行了详细的综述,指出了目前研究中存在的问题,并对未来发展方向进行展望。

Abstract: Superhydrophobiccoatings featured by the hardness and excellent hydrophobicity have been broadly applied in military, industrial and life for the protective surface of the glass, clothing and metal. In this paper, the development and mechanism of the superhydrophobic surface were introduced and the preparation method of the Superhydrophobic coating was reviewed completely. Moreover, the serious problems in the present research were listed and clearly for future research.
