摘要: 富勒烯(C60)与液溴发生亲核加成反应制备溴代富勒烯(C60Br24),在碱性条件下与乙醇发生亲核取代反应制备得到两亲性富勒醇衍生物乙氧基富勒醇。通过4,4-二硒化双苯甲酸与β-环糊精(β-CD)反应,合成了二硒化双苯甲酰桥联双β-环糊精。将乙氧基富勒醇与二硒化双苯甲酰桥联双β-环糊精进行物理混合,得到它们的超分子组装体。采用FT-IR、1H NMR与TG/DTG对乙氧基富勒醇进行表征,确定其分子式为C60(OCH2CH3)8(OH)16,采用1H NMR对有机硒桥联环糊精进行表征,采用FT-IR、UV与SEM对超分子组装体进行表征,结果表明:成功制备了两亲性富勒烯衍生物材料。

Qingdao University of Science and Technology,Qingdao 266042, China)Abstract: The fullerene(C60)undergoes a nucleophilic addition reaction with liquid bromine to produce bromofullerenes(C60Br24), and then nucleophilic substitution reaction with ethanol under basic conditions to prepare an amphiphilic fullerol derivative, ethoxy fullerol.By reacting 4,4-diselenylbisbenzoic acid with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), diselenylbisbenzoyl-bridged bisβ-cyclodextrin was synthesized.Physically mixing ethoxyfullerol with diselenylbisbenzoyl-bridged bis-cyclodextrin to obtain their supramolecular assembly. The ethoxylated fullerol was characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and TG/DTG, and its molecular formula was determined to be C60(OCH2CH3)8(OH)16. The organic selenium bridged cyclodextrin was characterized by 1H NMR. The supramolecular assembly was characterized by FT-IR, UV and SEM. Finally, it was shown that the amphiphilic fullerene derivative material was successfully prepared in this study.
