不同取代位点羧甲基壳聚糖高吸水性树脂的制备及其性能

摘要: 以不同取代位点的羧甲基壳聚糖为骨架,通过接枝共聚的方法将亲水性单体丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺接枝到骨架上,制备了3种高吸水性树脂。采用红外光谱、固态核磁、X射线衍射等手段对高吸水性树脂的结构进行了表征,采用扫描电子显微镜对高吸水性树脂的表面形貌进行了观察。并对其性能进行了测试,结果表明:3种高吸水性树脂成功制备且表现出了良好的吸水能力,其中N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖制备的高吸水性树脂,吸水能力可达628 g·g-1

Polymers and Their Properties Study

Abstract: Three kinds of superabsorbent polymers (SAPs) were prepared by grafting copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylamide onto the skeleton by using carboxymethyl chitosan with different substitution sites as the framework. The structure of superabsorbent resin was characterized by infrared, solid-state nuclear magnetic and X-ray diffraction. The surface morphology of superabsorbent polymer was observed by scanning electron microscope. The properties of SAPs aretested and the results showed that the three superabsorbent resins were successfully prepared and showed good water absorption capacity. The superabsorbent resin prepared by N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan can absorb water up to 628 g·g-1.
