弹簧气孔套参数对排气性能的影响

摘要: 弹簧气孔套用于排出轮胎模具型腔内的空气,其排气不排胶的功能保证轮胎表面质量。通过UG建立不同参数的弹簧气孔套内部气体流域模型,利用CFX流体分析软件,模拟弹簧气孔套在实际工况下的工作效果,研究不同锥形间隙和阀杆直径参数对排气流域排气性能的影响,分析速度场、压力场、质量流量的变化规律。结果如下:锥形间隙为015 mm时,排气流域内压力均匀分布,梯度变化小,能够减小节流作用,弱化旋涡对排气性能的影响;随着阀杆直径的增大,质量流量先增大后减小,存在阀杆的临界尺寸使获得较高的质量流量;二次定型压力的增大,会增加排气流域内的局部低压区域,使压力梯度变大,阻碍气体的排出,影响排气效果。通过分析,能够为弹簧气孔套的应用提供数据支持,获得更好的排气性能。

Abstract: The spring vent was used for discharging the air in the cavity of the tire mold, and the function of the exhaust gas not discharging the glue ensures the surface quality of the tire. Gas basin model in spring vent with different parameters established by UG.The working effect of spring vent under actual working conditions was simulated by CFX fluid analysis software. The effects of different cone clearance and stem diameter parameters on the flow characteristics of the exhaust basin are studied and the variation of velocity field, pressure field and mass flow are analyzed. The results were as follows: when the cone gap is 015 mm, the pressure in the exhaust gas flow is evenly distributed, the gradient change is small, the throttling effect can be reduced, and the influence of the vortex on the exhaust performance is weakened; as the diameter of the valve stem increases, the mass flow rate First increase and then decrease, there is a critical dimension of the valve stem to obtain a higher mass flow rate; an increase in the secondary set pressure increases the local low pressure region in the exhaust gas flow region, making the pressure gradient larger and hindering the gas discharge, affecting the exhaust effect. Through analysis, it can provide data support for spring vent applications for better exhaust performance.
