医用导管抗菌表面的构建及研究进展

摘要: 植/介入类医用导管相关感染是植入手术中最严重的并发症之一,它们不仅具有高发病率和死亡率,而且还可能潜在威胁着患者及医护人员的生命安全。细菌在医用导管表面的定植及后期生物膜的生成通常是引起感染的罪魁祸首,因此,如何有效的阻止细菌定植及生物膜的形成已成为全球相关领域面临的严峻问题。综述了近年来医用导管相关感染的现状及在生物医用导管上构建抗菌表面以防止植/介入类导管相关感染的研究进展。

关键词: 植/介入类医用导管的相关感染; 抗菌导管; 生物膜; 抗菌策略

Construction of Antibacterial Catheter Surface and Its Recent Advances

Abstract: The indwelling catheter related infections are one of the most serious complications in implant surgery which not only increase the morbidity and mortality of patients, but also potentially threaten the lives of patients and medical staffs. However, bacterial colonization on the surface of medical catheters and subsequent biofilm formation are usually the main causes of infection. Therefore, how to effectively prevent bacterial colonization and surface biofilm formation has become a serious problem in the global related field. This article reviewed the current status of medical catheter-related infections in recent years and recent strategies to prevent catheter-related infections.
