利用绿脓杆菌从废弃线路板中浸金的实验研究

摘要: 探究了对环境友好的绿脓杆菌浸取废弃印刷线路板(WPCBs)中贵金属的能力。金属与由绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)产生的氰化物结合形成金属-氰化物络合物从而被浸出。绿脓杆菌被驯化以在较高pH环境中生长,同时研究了绿脓杆菌的生长特性。为了使浸金、银效率最大化,优化了pH、甘氨酸浓度、矿浆浓度等影响因素。在加入10 g·L-1的甘氨酸、01 g的WPCB粉末、pH为95的条件下,浸金率最大为4002%,浸银率在浸金率较小时达到4890%。

Study on Leaching Gold from Waste Printed Circuit Boards by Using

 Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Abstract: This paper explores the ability of environmentally friendly Pseudomonas aeruginosa to extract precious metals from waste printed circuit boards (WPCBs). The metal combines with cyanide produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa to form a metal-cyanide complex to be leached. In this paper, the Pseudomonas fluorescens was domesticated to grow at higher pH, and the growth characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were studied. In order to maximize the leaching efficiency of gold and silver, the influencing factors such as pH, glycine concentration and pulp concentration are optimized. Under the conditions of adding 1 g·L-1 glycine, 01 g WPCB powder and pH 95, the gold leaching rate reached 4002%, and the silver leaching rate reached 4890%.
