摘要: 室温条件下,10%(摩尔分数)碘化亚铜催化金属钐与查尔酮以良好的产率得到环戊醇衍生物。对反应溶剂、温度等反应条件的影响进行了研究。在优化的反应条件下,反应以51%~91%产率得到系列环戊醇衍生物。同时考察了查尔酮上不同取代基对产率的影响。给出了代表性产物的1H NMR、13C NMR及熔点等数据表征。

CuI Catalyzed Coupling and Cyclization of Chalcones Mediated by Samarium Metal

Abstract: Under the conditions of room temperature, the samarium metal and copper(I) iodide catalyze the chalcone to obtain a cyclopentanol derivatives in good yields (51%—91%). The reaction conditions such as solvent and temperature were optimized, and the effect of different substituents of chalcone on the yields was investigated. The paper attached 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and melting point of the main substance.
