摘要: 用汽油馏分、煤柴油中间和高沸馏分温度范围内相应的69种纯组分对17种蒸汽压关联式进行了评价。与各组分实验蒸汽压数据比较,以总平均相对偏差评价蒸汽压关联式的估算能力。结果表明:基于纯物质特性参数的蒸汽压关联式受参数的限制,不适用于石油馏分蒸汽压的估算;三参数对比态蒸汽压关联式对煤柴油馏分估算结果的偏差波动较大;参数普遍化的Riedel(1954)关联式适用于汽油馏分蒸汽压的估算;专用于石油馏分的Lee-Kesler(1980)对煤柴油中间馏分和高沸馏分蒸汽压的估算结果准确。

Evaluation of Vapor Pressure Correlations for Petroleum Fractions

Abstract: 17 vapor pressure correlations were evaluated with 69 pure components, which belong to the boiling range of gasoline fractions, middle and high-boiling fractions of kerosene and diesel. The vapor pressure correlations were compared according to the total average absolute deviation of each kind of compounds. The results indicated that the component-specific vapor pressure correlations were constrained by the coefficients and were not applicable for the estimation of the vapor pressures of petroleum fractions. The total average absolute deviations of three-parameter corresponding-states correlations fluctuated greatly for the kerosene and diesel fractions. The generalized Riedel (1954) correlation was suitable for the vapor pressure estimation of gasoline fractions, and the dedicated Lee-Kesler (1980) correlations can accurately estimate vapor pressures of middle and high-boiling fractions of kerosene and diesel.
