火灾条件下水喷淋对相邻储罐热辐射防护的模拟研究

摘要: 选取液化石油气储罐泄漏后发生池火灾作为事故场景,采用PyroSim软件,模拟水喷淋及风速变化对邻近储罐受热情况的影响。模拟结果表明:池火灾状态下,水喷淋能降低邻近储罐接受到的热辐射量,能显著降低储罐温度;但当喷淋量超过一定值后,热辐射及温度变化不再明显;有风情况下,储罐受到的热辐射强度明显高于无风时储罐受到的热辐射强度。

Abstract: In this paper selects the pool fire after the leakage of the LPG storage tank as an accident scene. PyroSim software is used to simulate the effect of water spray equipment and wind speed changes on the heat of adjacent tanks. Simulation results show that water spray can reduce the amount of heat radiation received by adjacent tanks and reduce tank temperature significantly under the condition of pool fire;however, when the spray amount exceeds a certain value, the heat radiation and temperature changes are not obvious. In windy conditions, the heat radiation intensity of the tank received is significantly higher than that of the tank when there is no wind.
