室温固化硬质有机氟硅氧烷涂层的合成与性能测试

摘要: 具有室温固化性能的自清洁涂层在各种领域都有广阔的应用前景。制备性能优良室温固化自洁涂层仍是一个难题。在此,一种简便的方法以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS),二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(DMDMOS),甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS),甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)和十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(FAS)为原料采用溶胶凝胶法制备一种有机氟硅氧烷自清洁涂层。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见近红外分光光度计、附着力仪、铅笔硬度测试仪、接触角仪测试了涂层的性能。涂层静态接触角可达110°。在室温条件下,涂层能20 min左右固化。涂层的附着力等级可以达到1

Synthesis and Properties of Hard and Ambient Curable Organic Silicon Coating

Abstract: The selfcleaning coating with the properties of room temperature curing holds great promise for various critical applications. Their largescale use, however, is still hampered by our capacity to fabricating selfcleaning coating with satisfying properties at ambient curing condition. Herein, we reported a facile way to synthesize an organic fluorine silicone selfcleaning coating, using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), dimethyldimethoxysilane (DMDMOS) methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS), and methyl triethoxysilane (MTES) and(Heptadecafluoro1,1,2,2tetradecyl) trimethoxysilane (FAS)as precursors. The properties of the coating were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UVVisNIR spectrophotometer, QFH CrossCut tester, pencil hardness tester, contact angle meter. The static water angle of the coating could reach 110°. The coating can be cured in 20 min at room temperature. The adhesion grade of the coating can reach 1.
