不同填料对深海密封圈用氢化丁腈橡胶性能的影响

摘要: 选用5种填料(N330、白炭黑、滑石粉、硅酸钙和硅酸铝)填充氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR),探究不同填料对深海密封圈用HNBR性能的影响。结果表明:N330和白炭黑与橡胶有更强的相互作用,两种橡胶有更高的交联程度和力学性能,不同填料对HNBR的补强性有很大差别。在压缩工作环境下,白炭黑和N330硫化胶的压缩应力远大于其余3种硫化胶,且压缩吸收能量高,密封效果好。

Effect of Different Fillers on Properties of Hydrogenated Nitrilebutadiene Rubber Used for Deep Sea Sealing Rings

Abstract: In this paper, five fillers (N330, silica, talc, calcium silicate and aluminum silicate) were used to fill hydrogenated nitrilebutadiene rubber (HNBR). The results show that N330 and silica have stronger interaction with rubber, and the two kinds of rubber have higher degree of crosslinking and mechanical properties. The reinforcement of HNBR by different fillers is very different. The compressive stress of silica and N330 vulcanizates was much higher than that of the other three vulcanizates under compressive working conditions, and the compressive absorption energy was high and the sealing effect was good.
