摘要: 以高速列车座椅为研究对象,使用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,结合IEC613731999标准中的功率谱密度函数对座椅进行随机振动数值仿真分析,选择座椅材料的PSN曲线及相关参数数据,针对不同设计尺寸下的座椅结构,采用Miner线性累积损伤理论分别进行累积损伤疲劳寿命计算。在电动振动试验台上对座椅进行模拟长寿命试验,仿真计算结果和试验结果具有良好的一致性,验证了疲劳寿命仿真分析的有效性。

Fatigue Reliability Analysis of Highspeed Train Seats

Abstract: The random vibration numerical simulation analysis of the seat in a highspeed train was carried out by means of the finite element software ANSYS Workbench and power spectral density function in IEC613731999. On the base of the PSN curve of the seat material and its relevant parameter data being determined, the cumulative damage fatigue lives of the seats with different sizes were calculated respectively by Miner linear cumulative damage theory. Further, the seat was subjected to simulated long life test on the electric vibration test stand. The better consistency of the simulation results and test results verifies that the fatigue life simulation method of the seat in a highspeed train is effective.
