Abstract: To study antifatigue, antianoxia and analgesic effect of cherry kernel extract by loaded swimming and determination of liver glycogen, survival time under hypoxia, and twist frequency in mice, respectively. In the antifatigue experiments, the swimming time and the content of liver glycogen of the mice in the water extract group were significantly higher than ethanol extract group, showing significant differences compared with blank control group (P<0.05); In the antianoxia experiments, the survival time of the mice in the water extract group was significantly longer than ethanol extract group compared with control group (P<0.05); In the analgesic experiments, compared with the blank control group, the twist frequency of mice in water extract group was significantly reduced (P<005). The latent period significantly increased in the mid and large dose groups (P<0.05). However, there had no significant differences between ethanol extract group and the blank control group. Cherry kernel water extract has significant antifatigue, antianoxia and analgesic effects.
